As a Confidence Coach, #1 International Bestselling author, motivational speaker, I am committed to empowering young women to gain the confidence to navigate challenging situations and step into their greatness.

I have experienced my own teen struggles. As a girl, I was physically abused and felt  insecure and emotionally vulnerable. In my teen years, my body issues, low self-esteem, and built up rage from years of abuse at home made me become physically aggressive resulting in daily fights at school and suspensions from school. I started looking for attention in places that left me feeling empty and rejected.

Because of this experience, I truly understand not only what today’s girls are feeling on the inside, but also what they’re dealing with on the outside.

My deep care and empathy for these girls led to me to  become a certified coach for young women ages 11 to 18.
